Expanded Grounds Maintenance Coming to Cantera Court | 5/27/2026
The HOA recently met with Mike Anacker, a TH resident, along with Outdoor Concepts to discuss expanding the grass-cutting maintenance coverage and schedule. The updated maintenance plan will now include areas along and around Cantera Court that have not received consistent attention in the past. At this time, the focus will be on maintaining the areas adjacent to the roadway and around the small detention pond. Work within the ravines and wooded areas is not currently planned and will be addressed during a future phase of the community’s overall groundskeeping improvement plan, which may still be several years away. The HOA appreciates everyone’s patience and support as efforts continue to enhance and maintain the community grounds.
Tree Care Plan for Common Area 🌳 | 5/6/2026
Hi everyone, After speaking with Brian Truitt from Outdoor Concepts, we’ve put together a simple plan to help keep the trees in the common area healthy. Based on his recommendation, the water bags will be filled twice a month, at a cost of about $105 per visit. Right now, there are only a few water spigots available, and putting in drip lines would require running hoses across the street, which isn’t ideal. This temporary approach should help keep the trees alive through 2026. We’ll plan to revisit a more permanent irrigation solution next year. Thanks for your support as we work to maintain our community spaces!

Annual Minutes and New Email Address | February 14th 2020
Thank you all for coming out and supporting our community at the annual meeting. If you were not able to attend, we've collected information about the meeting and uploaded it to the documents section.
Honestly, whether you were there or not, I suggest taking a glance in case you missed something.
One of the big highlights of the meeting was that we were able to bring up the new website
and let everyone know how to access it. We are doing our best to keep everyone as informed as possible. We also went over a few big projects that you will see taking place. They started
today! Mind the big machinery moving in and out of the neighborhood as they are doing some much-needed cleanup. And before anyone asks, we will most certainly be planting new grass and moving into
the maintenance stage soon after they are done.
Another big announcement, we have a new email address! I think we all know how confusing it has been with the website being one way and the email address the other. Well, now they are the same.
The website is tuscanyhillsauburn.com and the new email address is now tuscanyhillsauburn@gmail.com. All website contact forms have been updated to point to the new email address. You should
be receiving an email this evening from the new address so go ahead and save it to your contact list. The old email address, auburntuscanyhills@gmail.com, will forward to the new email address for 30 days
before being deactivated.
Let's make this a year of growth for our neighborhood and the residents. Thank you all for being a part of Tuscany Hills Auburn and helping it to be its best.
Unpaid Neighborhood HOA Dues | August 28th 2019
Hi, all. Just wanted to reach out and and let everyone know that we currently have a balance of close to $12,000 in unpaid homeowner dues. This hurts our community in not being able to pay upkeep, provide maintenance, and prevents us from adding wanted additions to the neighborhood. Please make sure to check that you are up-to-date and have paid your balance in full. If you have not please send your unpaid balance to the address listed below as soon as possible. If you are unsure of your balance you are welcome to contact us directly or submit an inquiry though the website. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

New Website! | June 1st 2019
Thanks for taking some time to check out the new website! The new board has been working hard to get the website up and running. It now not only represents an information and communication portal for the homeowners, but the base site is now a representation of our entire community.
This allows us to advertise Tuscany Hills and to keep potential homeowners informed and up-to-date on our progress. If you have any questions, concerns, or submissions you would like to add please feel free to let us know!
